The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Federal government contracted projects. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and update project schedules.
- Develop, submit, and track project submittals and deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Work closely with company leadership and onsite project foreman/superintendent.
- Develop subcontract SOWs and manage subcontractors.
- Manage internal and client facing project meetings.
- Onsite supervision varies from 1 or 2 visits to possibly full time on site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
