SCIpact performed a mechanical systems upgrade within an occupied medical facility to improve cooling and heating capacity in underserved areas. The scope included full site preparation for construction activities, including demolition and removal of existing systems and structures. SCIpact furnished all labor and materials and executed the installation of a new HVAC system in the fourth-floor mechanical room of Building 160, in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
