Port Charlotte, FL — June 30, 2025 — B3 Solutions and SCIpact are pleased to announce the formation of TRIpact, a newly established Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) joint venture created to deliver innovative, agile, and mission-focused construction, HVAC mechanical and electrical solutions to the federal government.
TRIpact combines the complementary strengths of both founding companies, leveraging B3 Solutions proven systems integration, program management and construction acumen with SCIpact’s mechanical and electrical expertise providing design-build construction, mechanical and electrical installation and service to Federal Agencies. The result is a unified entity capable of addressing evolving facility mission requirements across defense, intelligence, and civilian sectors.
TRIpact will focus on Federal Agencies struggling to find qualified SDVOSB contracting partners including Veteran Affairs, USDA, FAA and DOD Branches.
