Press Release: Supporting Mission-Critical Facilities Through Electrical and HVAC Infrastructure Modernization

Throughout the past year, our team has had the privilege of supporting federal clients through a series of complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure projects, including the installation of electric vehicle charging stations at U.S. Army installations and multiple HVAC-focused projects at Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities nationwide.

From our perspective as the contractor, these projects underscore a broader shift across federal facilities toward modernization, resiliency, and sustainability—priorities that place increased demands on underlying electrical and mechanical systems. EV charging infrastructure, in particular, is not a standalone installation. It requires careful evaluation of existing electrical capacity, panel upgrades, load balancing, conduit routing, and coordination with facility operations to ensure reliability and safety without disrupting mission-critical activities.

At Army installations such as Fort Moore, our work extended beyond charger placement. We supported the electrical backbone necessary to power the stations, integrating them into existing infrastructure while planning for future expansion. This included collaboration with facility engineers, energy managers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance, redundancy, and long-term performance.

In parallel, our teams executed a series of mechanical projects at VA medical centers throughout the year. These projects focused heavily on HVAC system upgrades, replacements, and optimizations—work that directly impacts patient comfort, indoor air quality, and operational continuity. Whether modernizing aging mechanical rooms, upgrading controls, or improving system efficiency, each VA project required precision, scheduling flexibility, and a deep understanding of healthcare facility requirements.

What ties these efforts together is infrastructure. Electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and mechanical controls form the foundation that allows federal facilities to adopt new technologies, improve energy efficiency, and enhance occupant experience. Our role is to ensure those systems are designed, installed, and maintained to support both current needs and future demands.

We are proud to partner with federal agencies on projects that strengthen facility performance while advancing sustainability goals. From EV charging installations to large-scale mechanical upgrades at VA hospitals, our work reflects a continued commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality HVAC and electrical solutions where they matter most.
